VisionFund Uganda conducted the first impact survey in September 2022 giving us deep insights into the impact of our work. Our first impact study spelt out how our loans impacted the lives of our clients, their children, and businesses.

VisionFund Kenya conducted a client impact study in March 2023 and interviewed 275 clients to help them understand how to broaden and deepen the impact of their work. The report also includes a comparison analysis of their previous client impact study conducted in March 2022.

When first meeting the all-female loan collective of Djackou Mbougane, the fierce independence of each member is quickly apparent. “We love not having to ask for help,” laughs group secretary Yandé, as the collective busies themselves with their profitable market garden.
