A Financial User is any person who uses the services or acquires VisionFund Honduras OPDF products. As a Financial User it is important that you read and understand any document that formalizes a relationship between you and the Institution, know the rights, obligations that you acquire as well as the consequences that derive from the breach of the subscribed obligation:

What should you present when making a enquiry, complaint or claim?

• Identity card.
• Proof of the transaction made, which will support the claim.
• Provide the information requested by the Institution's staff.

Enquiries: If you require information about any product or service that the Institution offers or have doubts about a financial product, you should do the following:

• Visit any VisionFund Honduras OPDF agency nationwide.

Complaint: In each of our agencies, the "Complaint Book" is available to the Financial User, where they can indicate their disagreement or make suggestions.

Claims: If you consider that you have been affected when making transactions for products or services, breach of the terms of the signed contract, or when you feel your rights in our Foundation are breached. You are fully entitled to file your CLAIM.
