President & CEO, World Vision International

Andrew Morley became President of World Vision International on 7 February 2019, having been Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Collaboration Officer from January 2016.

Andrew has led and built successful digital businesses across the internet, retail, technology, telecommunications, financial services and media sectors. Immediately before joining World Vision, he was a partner in a private equity investment group and a Global Trustee at Christian Aid. He was also Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Advertising UK. Prior to this, Andrew held senior roles in Google Mobility Motorola Mobile, Sky Television, Cable and Wireless, Harrods Group and Ford Motor Company. He spent much of his career on international assignments, and has lived and worked in Africa, Australia, France, Germany, Singapore and the United States.

Andrew is an ordained minister and serves part-time at Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) Church in central London. He holds a BA Honours Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Liverpool John Moore’s University and a BA Honours Degree in Theology, Ministry and Mission from Durham University (St Mellitus).

Andrew is an enthusiastic cyclist, and is a member of a long-distance cycling team which has taken part in international events. He enjoys running with family and friends. He has volunteered at a Christian homeless charity and has helped to create and support independent Christian children’s development charities in Kenya and South Africa.

Andrew is married to Vanessa and they have two children, Lewis and James.
