Ian Malumbe joined VisionFund Malawi in October 2022 as People and Culture Manager from Wealthnet Finance Plc where he was working as Human Resource and Administration Manager. Ian brings on board over 10 years’ worth of experience in human resource management having also worked with Sunbird Tourism Plc and Fargo Ltd responsible for human resource planning, recruitment, training and development and fleet management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management and is a member of Institute of People Management Malawi.
