Samson joined VFM in 2016 as Business Development and Social Performance Manager, to date is Head of Business and Innovations. He joined from FINCA Malawi where he served as Marketing Manager during its transformation period into the first Deposit-Taking institution in Malawi. To date, with over 13 years’ experience in Microfinance industry, Samson holds a Bachelor of Science and is pursuing an MBA. He is a proud product of Microfinance training facilitated by Microsave and African School of Microfinance in Kenya, Harvard University in USA and Economic Policy Institute from South Africa.
