At VisionFund Myanmar, there are six core values with "We Value People" as one of most important.

"We Value People" means fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. Employees unique backgrounds, talents, and perspectives enrich our organisation, and we celebrate the diversity that makes us stronger. By embracing diversity, inclusion, and gender balance, VisionFund Myanmar staff are not just living up to our values, they are building a stronger, more innovative, and more resilient VisionFund Myanmar.

"We Value People" extends beyond the workplace, as VisionFund Myanmar strives to be good stewards of the communities VisionFund Myanmar serves, engaging in meaningful initiatives that make a difference in people's lives.  VisionFund Myanmar believes that our employees are the driving force behind our success in helping the poor.  This is accomplished by caring and quality service provided by valued members of the VisionFund Myanmar staff family.

Our commitment is to continue to create an environment that where everyone feels valued, heard, and inspired to contribute their best and paves the way for a brighter future for our clients, communities  and staff together.
