Sally joined VisionFund International in June 2020 as the Chief Strategy, Impact & Services Officer. She is an experienced leader in developing, implementing, and measuring strategy across International Non-governmental Organizations. 

Sally has previously worked globally in eye health, maternal health and in the empowerment of girls and young women. She lived in Mexico for four years and has worked in more than 40 countries worldwide. She has experience in operations, fund raising and communications.

For three years Sally was the Director of the world’s only Flying Eye Hospital, a DC-10 converted into an accredited training hospital, delivering tailor made training programmes to medical professionals around the world.

Sally has served on non-profit boards for more than 10 years, and acted as a mentor with the Commonwealth Young Leaders’ Programme. She holds a MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BA in Management Science. She speaks French and Spanish.
