Community Economic Ventures, Inc. (CEVI) is a microfinance NGO in the Philippines. It operates largely in the Visayas and in some parts of Mindanao and Luzon. CEVI is a partner of Vision Fund International (VFI) - a global network of 28 microfinance institutions (MFIs), including seven in Asia, all affiliated with World Vision International (WVI).

In 2000, CEVI officially became a separate and independent entity. CEVI is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC # C200000856) as a non-stock, non-profit MFI NGO and is governed by a Board of Trustees with no direct owners.

CEVI is an active member of Alliance of Philippine Partners in Enterprise Development (APPEND), Visayas Association of Microfinance Institutions (VAMI) and Microfinance Council of the Philippines (MCPI).

CEVI‘s greatest challenge occurred in November of 2013 when Typhoon Haiyan, the strongest typhoon ever recorded in history, hit Central Philippines. Five CEVI branches were directly hit. Very soon after the calamity, CEVI with the assistance of VFI, launched the Bangon Loan Livelihood Recovery Program. The program assisted 4,125 clients to get back on their feet after the disaster. The two-year recovery program has been very successful earning for WVI, VFI and CEVI, the ADB Civil Society Partnership Award given on May 3, 2016, the first ever award given by ADB to any development organisations in the world.
