Suanne DeBoer-Miedema

President, Miedema’s Board Consulting

Suanne is President of Miedema’s Board Consulting where she helps non-profit boards improve their governance.  On the VisionFund International board she serves as Vice Chair and chair of the Governance & Nominating Committee.  She also serves on the boards of World Vision Canada, World Vision International, and Mission Aviation Fellowship Canada.

Suanne has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from York University. Prior to starting her consultancy, she was General Manager of retail chain DeBoer’s Furniture and worked as a financial analyst for Rogers Communications and Kodak Canada.
