Barry brings extensive UK and international experience as a risk management and finance professional. Barry started with VisionFund in 2011 as the Enterprise Risk Director, went on to become the Director of Risk Management and Regional Finance, and most recently was the Global Director of Risk and Compliance. Prior to joining VisionFund, Barry spent his career working in senior roles in a number of multinationals in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors, which included expat roles in Thailand and Denmark.

Barry lives in Haslemere near London, with his wife Joy and two daughters, Sienna and Tabitha. He enjoys walking in nature and having adventurous holidays with his family. He also serves in a voluntary capacity as Vice Chairman of Governors, for a School in his local area. Barry and his family worship at Emmaus Rd church in Guildford, which he was drawn to as it has a very strong emphasis on prayer and serving the community.
