
Launce Moses
Launce completed his bachelor’s in engineering and Masters in Business Administration degrees in India. He is a banking and financial services professional with over 30 years of experience. He started his career in Citigroup in India in 1992 before moving to Citigroup UK in 2003 covering the Europe, Middle East and Africa retail businesses for Citigroup as part of the Internal Audit team. He then transitioned to the UK Consumer bank in 2005 as the Head of Internal Control covering diverse businesses such as retail banking, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, insurance and offshore investment banking.
In 2009, Launce joined United Bank for Africa as their Group Director of Audit & Control, based in Nigeria, covering 18 countries in Africa across the Corporate and Retail bank. He took on Regulatory Compliance for Africa and Europe in 2010 dealing with regulators in several African countries.
In 2012, Launce joined VFI as the Audit Director where he established the VFI internal audit structure at the global centre and the MFI's. In November 2018, he took on the role of VF Lanka CEO and transitioned to the Regional Head Asia role in July 2019.
